Returns Policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days. This period begins on the day following the day on which the consumer or their designated representative collects the product from the seller.

OBLIGATION TO HANDLING THE PRODUCT WITH CARE
During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care. They may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. If they exercise their right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its unaltered state and in its original packaging, in accordance with the seller's clear instructions.

HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the seller of their decision within 14 days of receiving the product. This notification must be made in writing/by email to: info@omiriel.com . After sending the notification, the consumer has a further 14 days to return the product. The consumer should retain proof of postage (e.g., confirmation with tracking number) to prove that they returned the goods on time.

YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT.
While we make every effort, mistakes can happen. Please send a photo of the product you received to info@omiriel.com – our customer service team will review your request and immediately assist you in resolving the issue.

YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
Quality is our priority, but in exceptional cases, a product may arrive damaged. In such a situation, you do not have to return the item – you can keep or dispose of it. Simply send your order number and a clear photo of the damage to info@omiriel.com . If the photo confirms the defect, we will send a new product at no additional cost . Please send reports that meet the above criteria to info@omiriel.com .

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES – WHEN WE CANNOT ACCEPT THEM
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • the product was used or damaged due to the user's fault,
  • applies to goods in the following categories: underwear, masks, hygiene and cosmetic products,
  • the product has been modified,
  • the product(s) are not in their original, saleable condition (unless the defect is due to our fault),
  • product(s) are not in their original packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The buyer is responsible for returning the product. Return shipping costs are non-refundable . In the event of a refund, these costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
