What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most credit cards, such as Visa and Mastercard.
My order status is "processing." What does that mean?
”Processing” simply means that we’ve received your order! Once it’s processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and the status will change to ”Completed.”
How can I return a product?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. As the customer, you are responsible for all return costs, and we recommend shipping with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Please note – underwear, swimwear and cosmetic products are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
Why can't I return underwear, masks, hygiene products, and cosmetics?
Underwear, masks, and cosmetics are considered hygiene products. We take hygiene and public safety very seriously, so we don’t accept returns of these types of products for the safety of all our customers. We’re no exception—other suppliers also follow this policy.
Do you cover return costs?
No, all customers are responsible for their own return costs. We recommend sending your return via registered mail, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
What should I do if I received an incorrect, faulty, damaged, or missing item?
If you received an incorrect, faulty, damaged, or missing item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. To expedite the process, please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
How long does the returns process take, and when will I receive my refund?
Returns may take up to 5 business days to process from the time we receive your package. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed.
All refunds are issued to the original payment method. For credit or debit card payments, the refund will be issued to your bank within 5-7 business days of receiving your return or processing your cancellation.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order and confirm your payment, you can expect delivery within 1-3 business days, with standard delivery times averaging 3-7 business days.
Will my order be shipped in one package?
For logistical reasons, products are sometimes shipped in separate packages. Please take this into account when receiving your shipment. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@omiriel.com.
I want to change something about my order. How do I do this?
If you would like to change the size or color of your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot make changes after 24 hours of purchase or after the order has been processed.
